I am a Registered Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists (CAP).  I hold memberships with the Psychologists Association of Alberta, the American Psychological Association, the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts, and am a board member and vice chair with the Alberta Family Mediation Society.  I have experience and training in providing psychotherapy and clinical assessment in a psychiatric setting. Shortly after completing my graduate studies, I became immersed in the psycho-legal arena where I have completed over five years of ongoing and extensive training.

My involvement in the psycho-legal field has led me to primarily assist individuals, couples, and families navigating separation and divorce and complex family dynamics. I provide assessment and intervention (under Practice Note 7 and Practice Note 8), parent consultation, mediation, and Parent Coordination-Arbitration. I have been qualified as an expert witness and have provided testimony in the Provincial Court of Alberta.

In my clinical practice, I currently work with adolescents, and adults and provide services to individuals, couples, and families.  My areas of special interest include anxieties (to include sports/performance related), depression, body image concerns, trauma, self-harm, suicidality, life transitions, grief/bereavement, and concerns related to post-partum.
